Our Triple Protection Guarantee

#1 LABOR

We will cover 100% of the labor cost to repair or replace ANY defective item as follows…

• Landscape Lighting: All items purchased and installed from the Lighting Master for a period of 1 year* *This warranty can be extended for an additional year with the purchase of our yearly lighting maintenance service. The lighting maintenance service is 10% of your initial install price, it includes…
  • Replacement of ALL bulbs once yearly
  • the bulb sockets are lubed with dielectric grease
  • the silicone gaskets are lubed with a waterproof grease
  • the lenses are swabbed and cleaned the wire exit leads are checked for damage
  • bugs, dirt and cobwebs are cleaned out of the transformers
  • all fixtures are checked for accuracy and re-aimed
  • any foliage that blocks or covers the light is trimmed away
  • leaves or mulch that have covered up the lights are raked back
  • timer batteries are replaced.
• Christmas Lighting: All items purchased and installed from Brite Ideas NWA / the Lighting Master are covered under warranty for 3 seasons. All Christmas items installed permanently are covered one year.

#2 MATERIALS

We cover 100% of the materials and parts to repair or replace any defective item such as bulbs, sockets, lenses, fuses, stakes, wire, as follows…

• Landscape Lighting: All items purchased and installed from the Lighting Master for a period of 1 year**This warranty can be extended for an additional year with the purchase of our yearly lighting maintenance service above.
• Christmas Lighting: All items purchased and installed from Brite Ideas NWA / the Lighting Master are covered under warranty for 3 seasons. All Christmas items installed permanently are covered one year.

#3 PERFORMANCE

Items are covered as follows:

• Christmas items: All items are guaranteed to perform as new for 3 full seasons. Covered items- Foliage is 100% covered against fading from sunlight, such as wreaths, artificial trees, garland, teardrops, and any item we sell with artificial foliage. All light sets are guaranteed to be as bright as a new set, no fading or dimming of any color light clip or cap.  All steel items, wreath frames, 3-d items, are powder coated and are covered against rust or weld failure. All canvas items are covered against fading.
• Landscape items: All items are guaranteed to perform as new for 1 year.  Performance guarantee can be extended by using our yearly maintenance above.  Bulbs, sockets, o-rings, etc. but, all finishes on landscape lighting items will age with time.  Copper, brass, aluminum, glass, even stainless steel will age with rain and sunlight and shade differently.  Most items will darken and go to a more matt finish.  All items in the lighting maintenance above will need to be performed yearly by us or someone.  If not, lenses will cloud, o-rings and sockets can fail, and transformers can overheat.  Again, 1st year we’ll make sure the system performs properly, but after that, please maintain the system or we will have to charge for replacement items.Items are only covered for their own weight for structure.  Breakage of these items or any items by sitting on them, driving over them, mowing over them, shooting them, vandalism or mischief, fire, lightning or acts of nature, fireworks, hitting the items with a hammer, animals eating them, etc, essentially if someone or something BROKE this item, and it did not just break on its own, is NOT covered. I know, sounds funny now, but folks expect us to cover that stuff under warranty. We don’t.
