This service level is comparable to typical pool service companies. If you don’t have an automatic pool cleaner and have lots of foliage around your pool, this is a great option to keep your swimming pool in tip-top shape year-round.
MID-LEVEL SERVICE

This service level is great if you have an automatic pool cleaner (Polaris) and travel a lot, or are unable to get outside to empty your baskets.
BASIC SERVICE

This service level is perfect if you have an automatic pool cleaner (Polaris) and don’t mind emptying your skimmer baskets or keeping the pool clean. On a year-round basis, this very affordable option is cheaper than servicing your pool yourself. Basic Service takes care of the most frustrating part of pool maintenance (keeping the water clear and algae-free) – allowing you to spend more time enjoying your pool!
CUSTOM SERVICE PACKAGE

Just move to a new home? Transferring service from a typical pool service company and not really sure what you need yet? Another beauty of Pool Services by The Lighting Master – we are flexible and can customize a package according to your needs and budget. We can set your account up for a vacuum once a month, twice a month, or just as needed (a la carte). We even have customers that change service levels according to the season. When the leaves start falling – they go to Full Service. In the spring, they drop back down to Basic Service. We are totally flexible! Just give us a call and we can set up a package just for you!
A LA CARTE SERVICES
We are here to provide the services you need when you need them. Just email/call at least 48 hours in advance of your service day to add an ‘a la carte’ service!
Vacuum upon request - $30
Includes 30 minutes of vacuuming*
*Thirty minutes is the average time for a vacuum unless we had a storm or you have a large amount of leaves/debris. After 30 minutes, it’s $1/minute charged in 5-minute increments.
Filter Backwash - $23

Repair Technicians
We also have experienced full-time Repair Technicians on staff to handle all your equipment repairs and replacement needs. We even work on automation systems, pool lights, and heaters! If you have a repair request, please email us or call us at 479.502.1047 and we will take good care of you!
How to Get Started
When you first sign up, there is a minimum one-time $50 start-up fee. If your pool water is fairly clear and doesn’t require an extraordinary amount of chemicals to balance, your start-up fee will be $50. On the 1st visit, in addition to testing your routine chemicals, they will also calculate an LSI reading to make sure the overall chemistry is within the proper parameters. If your pool is green or needs a clean-up, please call to schedule a clean-up before starting service.
**OUR SERVICE PACKAGES ARE PRICED FOR YEAR-ROUND SERVICE.**
We expect that you will keep at least our Basic Service year-round. While we don’t require you to sign a contract, AND you can change service levels at any time, we do expect you to maintain at least the Basic Service year-round. On an annual basis, the Basic Service is actually less expensive than treating the pool yourself!
